Guada Lagrada has more than 20 years of experience supporting both individuals and organizations in building up their capacities so that they are able to reach their full potential. Ms. Lagrada has managed programs and provided facilitation and advisory services on capacity development, organizational change and documentation of learning. In addition she has significant experience with network building for civil society organizations, government agencies, and the private sector.
Ms. Lagrada has helped key leaders and influencers identify issues and opportunities of capacity development on national and regional levels, aligned clients’ strategies with their current realities and future vision, and effectively engaged with diverse stakeholders.
In addition to her skills in needs assessment, gaps analysis, capacity development, and project management, she is also educated on the socio-cultural, economic, and political contexts of many countries in Asia and the Pacific, having lived and worked in the region for many years.
Ms. Guada holds a Master’s degree in Community Development and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.
