Neil Popoviç is a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and is Team Leader of the firm’s International Litigation and Arbitration team. Mr. Popovic’s practice includes international arbitration and multijurisdictional litigation. Mr. Popoviç coordinates pro bono activities in the San Francisco office. His own pro bono practice focuses on human rights and the environment. Mr. Popoviç also serves as ad hoc Project Complaint Mechanism Expert for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Mr. Popoviç teaches International Litigation and Arbitration, International Environmental Law, and Law and Development at the University of California, Berkeley. He has written extensively on topics related to international dispute resolution, human rights and international environmental law.
Mr. Popoviç received his law degree from Berkeley Law, and a Masters degree in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
