Dr. Toong Youttananukorn has spent the past 12 years working on the design and implementation of research and evaluations. She also provides Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) technical support for a wide range of projects, including policy advocacy, public-private sector engagement, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, renewable energy, and equal access to healthcare and education.

Dr. Youttananukorn holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Science with a focus on participatory development and microfinance from King’s College London, University of London.
